I've tried many different sugarpastes but this one I have now been using for the last year at least. I had a bucket of Massa Ticino which was also softer than normal so I really think this is to do with the hot weather.

It can be a bit tougher to knead at first but I pop in the micro for 30 seconds and it helps warm it through (I always had to do this with Satin ice so its not unusual). The paste is produced using ultra fine sugar, as such this paste can be quite firm, particularly in colder months - If it is too difficult to knead at first it can be popped into the microwave for 10 seconds to soften.
