Slowcookers are great when you want to have hot food but don't have time to cook straight after work. But so often with slowcooker recipes you spend a long time prepping/adding ingredients and the result might be underwhelming. I loved the simplicity of the Homepride recipe, the prep can be done in minutes with minimum store cupboard ingredients (2) plus meat and sauce. The result surpassed my expectations, I will buy them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Couldn't find both flavours in our local shop so had to buy 2 of the beef and ale stews. Fantastic and easy to use.
