When you question Dr. Stoneman during your first visit to his office, the phone on his desk is on the front side of the desk, towards the guest's chair. Upon your return, it is on the other side of the desk, closest to his own chair. The animation for characters entering cars shows that they are putting on 3-point seatbelts. Lap style seat belts were not even offered as options in cars until 1949 and 3-point seat belts were patented in 1955. Examine the three pictures in the living room; look at them all closely to find a hidden message behind one of them. After the interview is over, use the phone in the office or at the receptionist's desk. Dispatch will inform you that you should head straight to Hollywood Receiving Hospital.

As soon as you're told to enter, a man exits the doc's office and complains sarcastically about his sciatica being less important than Cole and Roy's business. Here you'll have to help the police officer chase and kill some suspects. He'll tell you the information that you need once you've helped him. Now head for Central. L.A. Noire - DLC Cases Walkthrough - L.A. Noire-DLC-Cases 88The Xbox 360 version of L.A. Noire consists of 3 discs; the PS3 version comes with a single Blu-ray disc. After the shootout at Industrial Street you'll interrogate Bigelow. Behind him on this desk you see the Marquee-printed pink slips. The case itself, both in name and plot, is based off the 1948 film " The Naked City". This movie was directed by Jules Dassin - this is referenced to in the game case through the dress shop called "D'Assine." Key differences between the two include location (the game takes place in Los Angeles while the film takes place in New York City), narrative (the story in the game is told in a straight forward manner through Phelps' perspective while the film is as much an examination of life in New York City as it is about the murder investigation), and the timeframe (the story told in the game takes place over the course of one day and night while the film takes place through several days and nights).

Leave Central and head for the crime scene, you'll meet Bakowsky and Galloway inside. They'll inform you of what they already have on the victim. L.A. Noire - DLC Cases Walkthrough - L.A. Noire-DLC-Cases 70 Willett, Ralph. The Naked City: Urban Crime Fiction in the USA. Manchester, UK: Manchester University Press, 1996. The case itself, both in name and plot, is based off the 1948 film " The Naked City". This movie was directed by Jules Dassin - this is referenced in the game (in this same case) in the name of the dress shop where both the primary victim and her friend worked; "D'Assine." Key differences between the two cases (that of the movie and that of the game) include location (the game takes place in Los Angeles while the film takes place in New York City), narrative (the story in the game is told in a straightforward manner through Phelps' perspective while the film is as much an examination of life in New York City as it is about the murder investigation), and the time frame (the story told in the game takes place over the course of one day and night while the film's story unfolds throughout several days and nights). A model from New York, Julia was considered to an exceptionally beautiful woman who stood out amongst the models she worked with at D'Assine Dress Shop and was friends with Heather Swanson. At the Bus Shooting, talk Felix Alvarro into giving up the Marines involved in the Coolridge heist. Grab the Morphine Syrette from the trash can next to the decorative potted plant along the left wall of the interior hallway leading to the stairs (this is 1/3 needed for the Achievement/Trophy, A Good Looking Corpse.)

The Naked City

Looking at the sign as we'll have to go to the 5th floor, Room 505. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. When we get to the floor we need to get to, head to the door we see at the far end. Go inside and talk with the receptionist. After talking with the receptionist, head to the room that the patient comes out of. Go in and talk with Dr. Stoneman. Chase the suspect up the rooftops and start shooting at him while he's climbing up the Broadway tower to end the case. More L.A. Noire - DLC Cases Walkthroughs
