A limited edition of 1000 were pressed on white vinyl in 2013, when they sold out a further 500 were pressed on black vinyl. What isn't quite right is One Step Beyond, which appears as the LP version with the longer "Hey you! As you would expect to find with this rare variant, the sleeve has the OVED reissue sticker over the barcode on the back, the matrix has been re-etched with the OVED number and the inner sleeve is a standard generic Virgin sleeve. This special reissue sees the album pressed on double heavyweight vinyl, presented in gatefold packaging, and includes brand new exclusive liner notes which feature interviews with band members Suggs, Mike Barson, Chrissyboy Foreman and Lee Thompson.

Had major input from Chrissy Boy who even managed to persuade the pressing plant to promote the Nutty Boys - Crunch! With their most recognized line-up of seven members, they continue to perform and have achieved great success throughout their career. Please remember these only look translucent ruby when held in front of a bright light, otherwise they look like normal black vinyl.Wonderful, originally released in 1999 was the first studio album featuring the original Madness line-up since 1984’s Keep Moving. Sleeve would be described as Excellent if it hadn't worn through slightly in the middle of the top edge. Certain items can take longer to source than the estimated week, particularly during busy trading periods and may take longer to arrive at our warehouse.

Image shows the back and front of the sleeve for illustrative purposes, it is just a standard sleeve, not a gatefold. After a disparate couple of years which saw the band at their most polarised and fragmented, Madness reunited in an industrial unit in Cricklewood at the beginning of the year, where Suggs, Mark, Chrissy Boy, Mike, Lee and Woody realised that what united them was always bigger than what divided them. featuring Mark Bedford (Bedders), together with other musicians closely connected to Madness, namely: Terry Edwards, Seamus Beaghan and Louis Vause.

The record labels consist of the front sleeve artwork on the first side of each disc, and the relevent track listing on the other side. The album also features a host of other musicians including Steve Nieve (Elvis Costello and The Attractions) on keyboards and The Specials’ Jerry Dammers on piano. It is worth noting that the tracks from the One Step Beyond album sound a good deal less harsh than they have done in the past. Products labelled '*item fulfilled by Exertis on behalf of hmv' will be supplied to you directly by Exertis via their approved couriers. Includes professional reproductions of the two colour pages of UK press release info for Keep Moving from 1984. Its not just the record companies in the UK that Madness sign to that make appalling typos, this has to win the prize for the biggest typo ever in that the title of the sleeve itself has been misspelt!

The Madness’ was the only studio album released under the short-lived iteration of Madness known as ‘The Madness’, with Mike Barson, Woody and Mark Bedford all out of the line-up. The very thin paper picture inner sleeve will have split at the edges (near impossible to find one that isn't) so like with most other copies of this LP that's we've seen the vinyl is held in a separate inner sleeve (as per the image). Emerging re-energised and reinvigorated with a fresh bounce in their nutty step, the result was their most harmonious recording experience to date. Other artists that contributed tracks included The Jam, The Clash, The Specials, Ian Dury, Peter Gabriel and The Stranglers. Pink Floyd, Sex Pistols, The Beatles, King Crimson, Rolling Stones, Buzzcocks, The Smiths, Jimi Hendrix, Miles Davis, Beastie Boys, AC/DC, The Damned, The Mahavishnu Orchestra, Cocteau Twins, Oasis, Paul Weller, David Bowie, The Clash, Blur, ZZ Top, Santana, Frank Zappa, Specials, The Who, Discharge, Wham!Image shows the front and back of the sleeve merely for illustrative purposes - the US release of Mad Not Mad did not have a picture inner sleeve or insert. Mint condition, but but shrink wrap has been carefully opened at one edge to check the colour of the vinyl (the opened one in the photo is our own one). Theatre of the Absurd Presents C'est La Vie' is the band's inaugural foray into self producing, working alongside engineer and mixer Matt Glasbey. A limited edition of 1,000 of these LPs were pressed in 2013, then when they sold out a further 500 were pressed in 2014 on black vinyl, here we have a clear vinyl version. I've noticed this newer records also have thicker cardboard and a stronger spine than the old records, a nice touch that should help avoid your new records ending up old and battered like your parents records (if they're anything like my mum's albums anyway!
