Montblanc Explorer was created by three Givaudan perfumers: Jordi Fernandez, Antoine Maisondieu, and Olivier Pescheux. Throughout these wonderful years as a fragrance enthusiast, I have always strived for more. Now, I’m thankfully able to share it with you.

The fragrance was promoted in late 2018., and samples were available to the general public via pre-release promo. Mont Blanc Explorer came out in February 2019. Well, each time I wear Explorer, it lasts from 20 to 24 hours. Period. Sillage is quite nice, and it always projects gentlemanly. There are many similar fragrances in Explorer style out there, so I’m gonna name the few which stood the test of time. So, the only logical step was to create something that will help my fellow frag heads decide how should they spend their hard-earned money based on simple and effective psychology.

Projection is okay. The scent bubble is very tight and relatively close to the body. Therefore, you do get a nice little whiff from a distance, but you have to approach to really start to appreciate it a little more. Meanwhile, the longevity does endure quite a while. As for those in their twenties and thirties, it tends to be quite successful among both men and women. In fact, I would argue it is more popular among women than Creed Aventus is itself. By looking at the perfumers’ names alone, it’s no wonder that they were able to mix everything surprisingly naturally when you calculate the retail price. Big plus. Montblanc Company is a luxury goods house based in Germany. Founded in 1904 by German bankers Alfred Nehemias, and August Eberstein, Montblanc is best known for its pens and for coining the term “ Masterpiece“.

Now, it depends on you. Are you satisfied with nice or do you want something more creative or challenging? Finally, with regards to the presentation, I love the bottle and I think it’s very cleverly designed. I’ve seen the larger bottle but I actually prefer this format. It’s thinner, more convenient, sits nicely in the hand.There were comments that it was a little bit synthetic, but has a nice clean smell to it. It’s not particularly popular among older generations, so people aged forty or above. Since we now know what each letter and section stands for and what is achieving, let me explain how S.P.A. questions work and how to add or deduct a point from each question. You have the exact same rubber finish that is meant to look like leather with the little Montblanc snowcap emblem on the front. The cap comes off quite nicely and the atomizer produces a nice mist. It’s focused and not too wide, just the way I like it. I first sampled Montblanc Explorer when it was first released. As it immediately reminded me of Creed Aventus, one of our top 10 best men’s fragrances, I know that it would experience a lot of hype. Frustratingly, however, I didn’t get around to reviewing it until now!After use, the skin acquires tone and comfort, and day after day is more resistant to the shaving process. The Montblanc star is made in Hamburg, and both the faux leather and emblem are assembled by hand in Florence, Italy. Neat. The fragrance opens up with natural smelling Bergamot note reminiscent of fruity Aventus batches. It is uplifting, and ripe, and since this note is sometimes used to recreate Pineapple note, Aventus DNA is strongest at this point.
