I used a red spring onion instead of red onion and chives and some leftover vinaigrette rather then just dressing the salad with olive oil which I suspect would be very bland. After training at the Luigi de Medici Catering College, Gino came to London at 19 and worked at The Orchard Restaurant in Hampstead and then at the Cambio restaurant in Surrey.You can just sit back and admire the sights, the rhythmic sounds are soothing, there’s plenty of space to walk around, and, if you’re lucky, there’s a restaurant car – a big plus for me!
